Suite au workshop Perception Libre, Anne Le Gars (étudiante en post diplôme Design) et moi-même avons eu l’opportunité de réaliser, durant deux semaines, une installation interactive afin de l’exposer aux côtés des travaux des étudiants. Dans la narration, la diégèse est un monde fictif, calqué sur le réel, dans lequel se déroule l’action d’une œuvre littéraire. Le concept philosophique ajouté à cette notion indique qu’un espace diégétique est le point de départ à la construction de la perspective. C’est depuis le narrateur que se tisse la ligne d’horizon et ses points de fuite. L’espace diégétique distingue ainsi trois niveaux de lecture: l’extradiégétique , l’intradiégétique et l’hypodiégétique. À travers cette installation, ce n’est désormais plus le lieu qui est calqué, mais le moment ou l’instant, réinitialisés par nos actions éphémères.

Following the learning on TouchDesigner, Anne Le Gars (post graduate student in Design) and myself had the opportunity to create an interactive installation, shown at the side of student artworks during the restitution. In the narrative, diegesis means a fictive world, inspired by the real in wich we live, where the action of the literary work takes place. The philosophical concept add to this notion says that a diegetic space is the starting point for the construction of the perspective. It’s from the point of view of the narrator that weaves the horizon and its vanishing points. Then, the diegetic space distinguish three levels of interpretation: the “extradiégétique”, the “intradiégétique” and the “hypodiégétique”. Through this installation, this is no longer the place which is modeled, but the time, or the moment, reset by our ephemeral actions.
_ Intradiégétique: when the narrator is part of the narrative
_ Extradiégétique: when the narrator does not, or no more, do part of the narrative.
_ Hypodiégétique: when the narrator create a mise en abyme of himself.
